E J Ainger accepts no responsibility for your actions in bidding, pressing an incorrect button, bidding the wrong amount or on an incorrect item. All lots purchased can be collected by a courier during opening hours ( Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 4.30 pm ) after payments have cleared. E J Ainger recommends Pack and Send for small items phone (03) 8766 0658 or contact our office if you require a carrier for larger items. Phone 03 9428 2850.
 E J Ainger shall not be responsible for damage or loss which may arise after goods have left their premises.
