PRE-BIDDING - This is an option before the auction commences.
The highest bid is the amount the auction will start. If you wish to keep bidding you will have to sign up for the live bidding on the day.
If you are the highest bidder when we start the auction it does not guarantee that you will win the item. Pre-bidding is a mini-auction before the live sale. Once the auction commences the catalogue will stop allowing pre-bids, please go back to the home screen and then go back into the auction day tab. It will ask you to log back in to view and bid in the live auction. The highest pre-bid amount is where the auction will start for that item.

COLLECTIONS: All collections will be at the auction rooms, 433 Bridge Road Richmond.

 Tuesday 12th April 9 am – 4 pm

For large items, we can recommend a carrier

We are changing some bidder numbers:

Why are we doing this ?

Many of you use your internet bidder number when you visit us at Richmond. Bidder numbers are now over 100,000 so it takes time to call out the number during the auction and can lead to errors when we write it down, so we are going make a small change to the bidder numbers.

What will my new bidder number be ?

If your bidder number has been changed you will have received an email from us with your new bidder number.   These are the changes

If your bidder number is less than 100,000 then there is no change.

If your bidder number is between 100,000 and 110,000 we are going to drop the 2nd digit which is a 0 .
For example if your bidder number was 109,123 then your new bidder number will be 19123

If your bidder number is over 110,000 we are going to drop the 1st digit.
For example if your bidder number was 120,123 then your new bidder number will be 20123
